Fuck gears of war more like tears of war

I beat GoW2 over the summer, probably one of the best single player campaigns in shooter history. Super emotional.

I started GoW3 but never finished it because I had other games and school and all that. I'll finish it someday…

I don't get why Microcuck holds so much apathy towards Gears as a series. Most we've gotten since 5 is a spinoff strategy game (havent played but I heard it was good) and a second remaster of the first game that probably flopped because UE already exists, and for Steam/PS5 players idk if it really took off.

Something like MCC for Gears would've printed money for sure. Also we've heard fuckall about Gears E-Day so worst case scenario it's been shitcanned so Phil can raise gamepass prices for the eighteenth time this month.

I've been saying this.
They should've just released Gears of War 1-2-3-Judgement into one single package for PC, like MCC. Call it "Gears of War: Sovereign Edition" or some gay nigger shit like that. They wouldn't even have to remaster it, just optimize it for modern hardware. It would have been a money printer but no, we needed another remaster of a remaster. Gears of War 1 was put on PC 3 times, but no 2 or 3.
I do not want to buy a fucking Xbox series X and pay for Live to play a 14 year old game through backwards compatibility. I just wanna relive the glory days of insane horde on Blood Drive.

worst case scenario, you can always download Xenia, get a ROM of Gears 2 or 3 and play it like that. You don't have multiplayer, but for single player it should be perfectly fine
