in a roguelike you cant get any upgrades and if you die you begin from the beginning, in a roguelite you can buy upgrades for future runs or something like that

Its fun, spell building has a lot of depth to it, you can exploit and break the game in many interesting ways and then die all the same. I have mixed feelings about the open world and the BIG quests however. Maybe Im just stupid and I could never truly figure half of the shit this game has to offer if not outside help. But thats a good thing, nowadays most games tug you by your nutsack to the goal and play with your nipples because you're retarded subhuman.
