It's a problem looking for a solution. It results in an app that takes up much more space while being redundant to what your system package manager offers. If the only way of getting something is flatpak (as often is the case with some shit now where its either that or compile it yourself) I'll use them, but even then I'd rather just get an appimage, stick it in some directory and be done with it
