Lower the vram allocation to 32mb, it just wastes ram because every kernel in the last 20 years can dynamically allocate it properly

Basic 10GB 3080. I hate Nvidia and can't wait for 2nm GPUs to hit the market next year so I can get something from AMD or Intel that's at least twice as good as what I'm using. I'm aiming for something significantly more powerful than whatever the next consoles have, which shouldn't be too hard because the consoles will still be on 3nm to keep costs down.

Most gaming PCs still had 8GB back then. 16GB is more of a 2015-2021 thing.
