You probably have a thinkcentre, with some sort of OEM motherboard. Try searching "thinkcentre/whatever your computer's model name is + your processor name + psref (lenovo's technical specs catalogue)", that will give you a better idea of what's inside your computer

TMK it will pretty much work so long as the PCI generation is supported. There could be some issues with something like resizable BAR or nvidia driver shittery but idk. I'd just get a used midrange AMD card in your price range
