First make sure your second drive is fully wiped (has no partitions), this will make it easier for you to spot it. Since you're probably new to Linux, the "easier" distros have friendly installers and it's likely that empty drive will just show up. Then you'll just use your BIOS boot menu to pick if you want linux or windows
