Just drain it as slowly as possible, to delay the recharge. Some things I do:

- battery saver mode is always on
- keep "location data", "bluetooth" and "wifi" turned off as much as possible
- which apps do you really need? uninstall the others
- unlock phono only when necessary
- buy an alarm clock, poweroff phono at night

A new battery should only need recharging once a week. Mine is already old, so I have to recharge after three days.
