It was some video 20 minutes or longer but when I did into it on AI i keep getting the retarded gas vapor car videos that are bullshit.

The science community discredited the guy who used the water vapor in a spinning cylinder build, so I was just wondering if any of you saw it or remember what it was called?

dang, no one yet? it's not a perpetual machine, but a phase change of water experiment and the guy had a mechanism to spin cylinders full of it at high speed, I can't find any reference.
