His setup to measure energy consumption and energy changes int he system fit inside a large garage. He invited a scientist to come examine his method and walked him through it.

It was some video 20 minutes or longer but when I did into it on AI i keep getting the retarded gas vapor car videos that are bullshit.

The science community discredited the guy who used the water vapor in a spinning cylinder build, so I was just wondering if any of you saw it or remember what it was called?
