Krita mogs even if its trannyish because its just a freeware clone of photoshop made to be able to open .psd but with extra stuff to pass off as an independent drawing program, so yeah just photopea that doesn't have to run in your browser probably idk never used photopea
I tried gimp once and its actually horrible, it's literally the freeware steriotype where everything is made for the comfort of the programmer and not you, it's le bad
