OP here,i reinstalled windows (i chose the keep personal files option) and now every time i try to open my pc every single usb port just wont work with my keyboard mouse and other,i checked bios and everything is good,i tried to restart in safe mode,disable fast boot etc…..but nothing worked.the ports always ack when windows finishes booting but NOT the before win thing that every pc has (the before os screens (like BIOS)). I know that theres nothing wrong with my usbs because bios said that its enabled and that my mouse with shitty gamer lights from Beijing has them lights open when i connect it.I obviously tried to connect to every usb port that my pc has in the back and front. Am i raped?

you need to download a windows iso, flash it to a flash drive, then boot from that drive to do a proper clean reinstallation
