I figured it out. This pack is actually 96v. You can see from picrels that it's 8 cells in series and each are 12v. With lead acid batteries, when they are very dead they will not take a charge at nominal voltage. You need to give them 2-3x that and wait a bit for them to trickle charge. Usually afterwards they work but at a very reduced capacity. I think I'll charge this pack cell by cell and see how it holds up with a small load but I'll probably end up just scrapping them all

A pack voltage of 3.5 of 96v is so low that I bet every single cell is absolutely btfo. Even if I got them working they would be shit and I think these cells might use a electrolyte gel that I can't just add water to even if I peel the top off. And I have no use for them and would feel like a jew if I sold them as refurbished or used. I guess im just going to check every pack for outliers just in case and make my 80 shekels from the scrap yard after lugging these up stairs and into my truck twice
