Every other Windows release is absolute garbage, for some reason they just shit the bed and forget everything that made previous Windows good before remembering how to make a usable OS in next release
Windows 11 and 8 are the objective worst. Win11 forces AIslop in every piece of the OS to consume as much system resources as possible and send all your data to the feds and Win8 was designed for tablet computers that never took off, it was so shit they had to create 8.1 to try and salvage that disaster until 10 was ready.
Win12 will probably be the next good OS if we follow the pattern. I will keep my main PC on 10 until that point. If Win12 is just more AIslop like 11, then I'll just switch to Linux and run a Windows VM for whatever Windows stuff doesn't work there.
