Just look at the guides section on PC Part Picker. Get the cheapest AMD one (AM5 motherboard) so you can replace the CPU later on if you want to. You should replace the 5060 Ti with an Intel B580, and no, this isn't a bad area to save money on because you'll want to replace this tier of GPU in a couple years anyway.

I actually think intel arc is a good investment for linuxGODs. It's a gamble if intel will keep working on drivers and how long they will be supported on windows, but there will always be some unpaid tranny that will maintain support on loonix. Even if Intel shut down their GPU division tomorrow and released no extra documentation
