get a shitty matx case for like 30€ off amazon
get 2x8gb ddr4 at 3600mhz for 30€
get a 512gb m.2 nvme ssd for 30€
get a psu for like 30€, not an amazon one, get one from like corsair if possible, but you might have to look used kek
get an rx 5700 non xt or xt for the remainder or a rx 580 if your budget is lower. you could also look at a gtx 1070 or 1080.
