There's none. But Signal and Threema is the only 2 I can recommend if you want secure messaging. I use both, but Signal is better and it's free. Threema costs money but also far behind Signal A LOT.

From what I read you can't trust Signal and any other messaging app that claims about encryption in their server, also signal will ask you for phone number to tie your real identity (or use burner phone) though. If you want safest and friendly messaging app use Simplex chat, they don't require to verify your identity you just simply create a new profile, if you don't trust default servers you can always self host own and even make hidden service through tor
