steganography is already exceedingly rare even on imageboards (how are they gonna know you're spamming 'p when it requires suspecting embedding and running the right software to pull it out?? when the whole point of spamming 'p is to get reactions for the 764 xisters to look at??)
so, coupled with the fact a lot of mainstream websites compress their images and therefore destroy any steganography in them, its probably like 1 in every few billion image uploads. the only context you'll really see it is like an ARG

Maybe if you're an obsessed nigger who wants the site destroyed and/or its users getting into trouble, like an r/AgainstHateSubreddits trannitor or a glowie

>reporting the 'p you spammed yourself to the NCMEC, that you posted on a website well known for its datamining
>expecting the outsourced indian working for cloudflare to know how to extract the 'p embeds from the normal looking image, on a website that seems to be moderating themselves fine and is fully complicit in working with law enforcement to arrest pedos
genius idea, clap clap clap, im sure the sharty users will all receive FBI visits for using this dangerous CSAM trading website soon

It could theoretically happen if the corporation being reported to are full of incompetent bastards who treat every report as being true and accurate, simply because it's easier to have a bot deplatform someone or a site with a lot of reports than it is to investigate them.
