It's technically possible, but extremely unlikely. There's no reason to assume someone's secretly embedding 'p into random images. Even if someone did, unknowingly having hidden content isn't the same as intentionally possessing it. You can't reasonably be expected to detect something you didn't know existed. Just report it if discovered. Unknowingly having hidden content isn't the same as knowingly possessing or distributing it.
