start small so you don't get burned and never want to do it again, and try to get good quality sleep (like finding out if you have sleep apnea etc) so you have energy to do shit, also don't escape to your phone or da shardee or whatever when you don't want to do something which is easier said than done i guess, in my case im just bored with the internet
