I didn't watch the whole thing either geg but here's my retarded explanation
If you happen to record as an aircraft flies nearby, it will be in the audio. No matter how faint it is it will still be there, this sound appears as a doppler curve which his method uses to easily locate the recording within a few hundred feet.
His thing automatically goes over grid points on a map, taking the path of a bunch of flights and determining what their doppler curve would be like from that location – these candidates can be compared to the sampled audio in your recording and the most similar candidate will end up being the closest grid point to where the sound was recorded from. (I might be wrong about all this so just watch the video he explains it pretty well)
Realistically the average nusoi won't bother to do all this on some random doxx target but maybe somebody will one day, I mean you know how much trannies just love to post videos and audio of themselves…
