ive used it to make discord alts (you enter a fake mail initially, because it detects temp mail in the register page and then you immediately change the email to the temp mail) and nothing bad has happened so far
the thing is that all you're doing is verifying the account, not using it to store secret info

1. Make account on website i want to troll with the temp mail address
2. Ensure that the address hasnt been used before, if so, keep cycling through emails
3. Use the email to verify the account
4. Store the email in a text file
5. Input the email into the custom email section when i need to verify any future login attempts
