i think the more hardline definition, the one veiron probably used, was the specific type of people who mostly immigrated out of 4chan that were mainly defined by their chaotic nature, focusing on having fun, shitposting, making 'tosses and 'jaks, etc… (its a bit hard to describe in details). These people mostly moved on by the time of the quote era, with the sharty now mainly being made up of different kind of immigrants
