I don't get why people enjoy speaking with each other.

I enjoy speaking to others on anonymous imageboards, like this. Because nobody knows who I am and there's no consequences.

But on the 'booru you have to make an account. And everything you say on that account is PERMANENT. Everything you say will forever be tied to your name. Everytime you speak on the forums you are at risk of saying something you may forever regret. Just like in real life, which is why I avoid speaking to other people, to avoid embarrassment.

Similary to 'cord. I don't understand the point of joining a 'cord. All you do is TALK. And everytime you talk you're putting yourself and your name at risk. And every time someone talks to you, you're obligated to come up with a good answer on the spot. No time to think you just talk. But every time I talk I embarrass myself.
