the thing with iq as well, i personally think iq evolved as a survival tool thus most of the weaker species of animals have a stronger iq, thus its a defense mechanism used by physically weaker creatures to survive
as beasts of prey possess direct, powerful instincts, humans lacking sharp claws or armor, had to develop cleverness, cunning, and abstract reasoning to survive
i just think all the technology evolving will lead to the weakest type of man making a person with the most atavistic abilities able to rule, easier
