Ushanka and a bogatyrka. Bogatyrka was a pre-Bolshevic design, trying to emulate a knightly helmet from Rus legend o algo. Commies ran with what production pipelines they had. Dunno what they wore in Winter. Probably their dead comrades' underwear wrapped around the head.

There's early winter war and late winter war. Early one was coming off the civil war's uniforms so it had the shitty gnome pointy hats (picrel 1)
But then the soviets realized that it wasn't maneuver warfare like in the steppe so they need more protection (because in the civil war the protection was just more movement and fire power bc it was a kino keyed war) so they got helmets n shiee which is fitted for a more "hold the line" less mobile form of warfare (picrel 2)
