>>18526708it depends which one you have, if it's a standard TPE fleshlight avoid oils, vaselines etc. and only use glycerol based lube because otherwise it will start breaking up too fast.
what I usually do is wash it with soap and water and rinse it with water, it's wet enough to slip in and eventually the precum lubes it.
I probably conditioned myself to precum way faster to lube my fleshlights this way
