Jannies have stats like stupidity, authority, reliability, and how much of a gooner they are, you can get an upgrade to make joons not goon which will significantly help with MPA or bans, you can also get janny training so that every janny you see to applicate has better stats, you can also promote them to manager with some INTERESTING candidates and essays (meds, is that mustard)
