I actually did research during stream into the game they were requesting, and could not find any valid sources of confirmation that it was legit. Instead of warning you, I saw how much fun you were having at the time and was too afraid to ruin it. For that reason, knowing that I could've prevented something if I had just spoken up, I have been blaming myself for the past two months, and don't see a reason for me to stop blaming myself.
But, I selfishly request that you stop being so hard on yourself. I have always been pretty antisocial, even online, but ever since coming across your content and watching your stream, I have been able to come out of my shell… only online though since I'm a lazy bum. You're also the first person that I watched streams of, so you introduced me to a new experience. Because of my self-blame which I feel is justified, I have had a constant fear that your life had been irreparably ruined. So I'm glad that even though you may feel broken, you have the courage to show up on YouTube despite what has happened to you. It says a lot about you, and is another reason why I look up to you more than a lot of others. That was the first time I have seen a hacking, and it was horrible. Even though it wasn't directed towards me, I could feel fear for the second time in my life, the first being my little brother, whom I care about more than my own life, almost getting ran over by a truck. Comparing it to my most traumatic point in life, I can only guess how terrible it was for you, and I would never be close no matter how many tries. I despise douchebags as a separate species, and I felt as if I found a new breed of them after seeing that group of hackers.
