1. get a prescription for adderall
2. take the meds and go to the library with your calculus book
3. do every single problem in the book by hand and then verify it with a calculator and use it to understand where you screw up

I'm learning math after dropping out of high school and when I hear terms like "calculus" I don't even google it because it sounds scary. I'm an adult and have no idea what calculus is.
Also I hate learning/practicing math and want advice on how to not hate it.
