Imagine if that legendary audio brand actually decided to release a massive subwoofer like that. The sheer power required to push a driver of that size would be absolutely insane for any home setup. Most people would probably need to reinforce their floorboards just to keep the house from shaking apart. I can only guess how much air it would move during a deep bass drop. It would definitely turn every movie night into a full-blown earthquake simulation for the entire neighborhood. You would probably have to spend a fortune just on the amplifiers to keep the thing running properly.
