"I'm trying to hire 5-7 booru 'teens. Have to be lawyers, have to get a bar license, but that's basically it. I can take guys straight out of law school, I can take guys who graduated from crappy law schools and who ended up in non-law jobs or unemployed.
If a guy has no employment experience at all I can probably only start them at $75k. They are guaranteed to be making $100k in two years, and it is extremely likely but not guaranteed that by year 4-5 they will be making $150k for a job that has very reasonable work life balance. Can get them a $50k hiring bonus.
