I like to think that they put our images through some kind of scanner to check if theres anything embedded thats why it takes so long

I was janny for a bit. we used extensions to test images for embedded content. it functioned like a scanner, we had to turn the slider a bit and it'd reveal different layers. it only took like 10 seconds doe, when MPA is long it's usually because it's a gif and they have to check the frames or because jannies just aren't on
