I suspected this to be a lienvke too. I really doubt mapjaks were never banned under Froot and Quote, they started getting posted right after Salt unbanned OGD and pedo jokes.

Jannies in quote era permabanned me for saying there's nothing wrong with a 27 year old fucking an 18 year old. Don't believe anything they say about what was and wasn't banned.

mapjaks were in themselves rulebreaking under quote-froot era rules because it "promoted pedophila", so uh no. i used the site regularly during that time and never saw any stay up for longer than a minute
the association with 764pedos and other types of 'dists is strong enough that i still want them to stay banned even though i agree with the rest of salt's norulescucking
actually, i don't think i've even seen them in salt era either, OGD and gore seems way more frequent

I saw dancing mapson getting posted recently, though it's pretty infrequent and seems like mapjaks mostly get posted in threads to quote somephono. If you count the mapjak swinny falseflags then those do commonly get posted as far as I'm concerned.
