today for the first time i considered suicide an option. i have thought of it before but today i thought of acking just like thinking of going to the shop. it could be that i have made a lot of changes in my life in short time. last month i quit sugar and 2 weeks ago i cut off a toxic person who abused me for five years and with that i had no other choice but to abandon the rest of my only friends. ive also let go of a lot of other things this year like my first love in july then weed and cocaine 2 months after along with letting go of the people who done those drugs. i am asking if anyone has had experience with extreme changes in short time and if it ever backfired on them?
