Well to prepare any human, presuming that Ms Fox is a human of course, we'd naturally need to debone her cadaver, remove her internal organs for future use, and to remove the less useful and meaty parts of her such as her feet, hands and head. That would leave us with the flesh from her torso, shoulders, arms, abdomen, thighs, posterior, and legs. As Ms Fox weighs 48 - 52kg and the average muscle mass in a human body is 40%, we can take it that we'd be left with around 18kg of usable meat for future cooking, as for the removed organs I have no idea as to their potential use. Perhaps one could keep them in formaldehyde jars for preservation? Who knows!?
Regarding the meat itself there are a plethora of different ways in using it, including but not limited to: boiling, broiling, frying, deep-frying, sous-vied, stir-frying, etc. It is purely a matter of personal taste so it is. As there is only one known Sweetie Fox in existence, slaughtering one would render her extinct and as such I would recommend rationing such meat to the best of your ability, apportioning her meat into many smaller meals appears to be the most efficient way to derive the maximum pleasure from her body.
