I liked soyjaks since i joined this site during the end of froot era, they are cool guys, and what makes them cool is how you cant really tell when someones being ironic with them or not, sometimes you self insert as them, sometimes you mock people with them, too me they are the everyman of the internet akin to wojaks, pepes, etc, they can be whatever you want and they look funny, thats what makes them cool. But why on earth some people and admins enforced the IAS on this board always bothered me, soy was always this sites mainboard, a /b/ esque /QA/ replacement. Nas was already allowed even under strict ias protocol because of gigas and frogs and nas variants like vlodson and 'tan.
Salt really should just delete /soy/ and every other board dedicated to one specific meme and replace it with a general board, /soy/ and /pol/ and the 2 other new boards get all the pph anyways
