There should be a follower reputation system where if they wet themselves in town or pee openly and someone sees people insult or mock that follower for it
The female NPCs in town should have schedules like Skyrim but better where they bathe and pee among other things so you can spy on them through cracks or with spells, or lock or destroy the public baths and privies so they have to line up for alternates or try to find hidden spots or wet themselves or pee in the river or bushes outside town
Evil playthrough should let me have shadow magic to cast, maybe with a stealth cast option, to make NPCs from townswomen to bandit women to femme fatale BBEGs piss themselves.
I want unique and detailed vaginas and pubes too and I should be able to customize existing characters, randomly gen new presets, add in new characters to the pool of road wanderers, merchants, or bandits maybe with custom dialogue I can choose to be read by a wide variety of ai voice models.
There should be a nunnery/cult to some goddess where I can help them with some difficult quest chain and watch them all pee throughout the day or ask them to pee after. Evil option is just advanced stealth + limited range scrying spell freecam and watch them moving about in the hallway to time it out just bring mana potions to spam it until one is in there.
There should also be forest glades and pools where elves, nymphs, goddesses might sometimes be bathing or peeing or reveling or all at once.
