Do you have any idea how much money your schooling, food, housing etc took until now? It would be extremely selfish to kill yourself without paying back. You need to work at least until you're 60.

It doesn't make sense to end your life if your life prospect isn't 100 percent suffering all the time. If there's a chance to get better you should take it and live longer, it's not like you'd reap the benefits of not feeling pain because you'd be dead. However if you are in actual pain 24/7 with no chance of escape then yeah I'd consider suicide too
