I'm tired of the lies against Kuz, this is a definitive debunk of all of the allegations.
There's many things on soyjakwiki saying stuff like "Kuz embedded onion links to 'p" or "Kuz pedoposted on the sharty, including 'p and shota." There is no evidence to suggest either except for Doll's word. Doll left Kolyma after getting total ownership of the sharty, but before that he was the same rank as people like copypaste (second caste). The reason why is simple, Kuz had a lot of kompromat on Doll whereas Doll had… well nothing. So Doll posted the 'p from the kolyma link (we know he had some sort of building), and framed Kuz. This remains consistent with what we know about Kolyma's hierarchy. We have 5 confirmed people who used the ip: Kuz, Kaguya, Doll and two John Does.
Another common argument is showing either the Rika ban, the jokes in the Kaguya and Koishi dms or the jokes on Heyuri. This is not the same thing as pedoposting, this is called pedoirony (which Kuz is now against). If making pedo jokes makes you a pedo, then this site is literally epsteins island.
Assuming that earlykuz and kuz are the same person, Kolymacord still isn't definitive evidence. It's all based around someone called Magi, who was close to both Kuz and Kaguya. Allegedly, Magi was 15 although I could find no direct proof of Magi saying this. A lot of it is the same, unfunny, pedophillic jokes however that does not constitute pedophilia. Nor do we have proof of genuine attraction towards Magi, which is the prerequisite for being a pedophile. Although generally damning, Kolymacord is not evidence either.
Kolsyetmol had no confirmed attendees and was most likely just made as LARP, although the motive behind the use of shoyta is still unknown (but most likely innocent, due to the fact it was a common 'jak). Loliboard although owned by Kuz, was not managed by him, he also did not interact with the community often.
Heyuri is a website created in 2019 by lolico, originally designed to be a p2p service, it became an imageboard for an unknown reason. It would later be adopted by Kuz, as he did with many other websites. Kuz was liked by Heyurizens as a secondadmin until he fell out with Lolico, leading to shitfling. Kuz had posted many times on Heyuri about lolis and all of that, however had denied actually liking them on numerous occasions.
Now here's what isn't on Soyjakwiki:
5chan's admin, I forget the name, had added Kuz in discord post-purchase. The story goes that Kuz had a pedophile dogwhistle in his account description, however we are lacking both intent and evidence verification. Also the fact that Kuz had this on KolymaDb implies that it is not proof that Kuz is a pedophile, although the result is still indecisive.
3chan users had claimed that the 'p spam was because of Kuz's cabal, were a cabal to exist. Evidence of the 'p spam is lost to time. However, there was never any evidence of Kuz being behind it, especially considering a lot of the 'p spam was post-purchase.
