Many of Jersh's paypigs finally made the leap to set up 'KiwiGold' accounts ($20 a month) because they were promised in June 2026 [see second post in pic] that as a 'bonus' - There would from that point on be a 'no IP logs' policy for anyone forking the money over.
But quietly, without any 'terms of service change' popup or public post from Jersh himself clarifying - The initial post promising 'no-logs' was removed after the deluge of people buying the 'gold' accounts came and went.

Now no guarantee of 'no-logs' exists on the website in any capacity after the accounts have already been paid for (many by people who were doing so explicitly for the 'no-logs' promise) and Jersh has gotten at least ~$20 from dozens of people - Many likely still believing their IP isn't being logged due to not checking back and seeing the post was deleted.

Soliciting people into buying a service or using a website with a fake 'No-logs' promise is a breach of section 5 of the FTC act and can constitute a federal felony.
