Alright first you need to acquire Monero to do that you need to buy bitcoin online and then exchange it for Monero.
After that you have to generate pgp keys to log into an account on a DNM (dark net market) then look up tor.taxi (on tor) and use a market on there. After this just make an accountwith your pgp keys, find a listing by going through the categories, and then place an order, you'll have to use your pgp keys to encrypt your name and address to the vendor, then simply wait for them to accept the order and you send your Monero to the vendors wallet, then wait for postal delivery.
