Engage more with your Jannies and the Community. We understand that this job of yours must be a stressful one, Abd that it must be difficult to maintain a healthy work/life balance, but the community generally agrees (as well as your own Janitors) that you have been lacking in communication. Many of the problems that we currently face would be solved if you were able to find a way to improve communication with your moderation team. We also suggest that you make Q&A's/taking the feedback of the community a more semi-regular occurrence. Such events allow the ideas of the userbase to be heard and considerd by you, thus improving this website for all 'Teens. We also suggest hiring a voolunteer tasked with facilitating contact between yourself and the jannies, if your circumstances make it too difficult for you to do so on your own.
