I think niggas just don't go to /soy/ unless they're already familiar with the site because it's a board for soyjaks (something they probably aren't interested in enough to use an entire board dedicated to it) and those that do decide to check it out realize very quickly it's just 1000-2000 PPH of niggas baiting each other, spamming, and making the most retarded shitposts imaginable. on 4cuck back in the day, before /b/ become a porn dump, using /b/ at all was seen as embarrassing as fuck by the userbase of every other board because it was the exact same thing, just mindless spam and shitposting 24/7, so I can't imagine the remaining 4cuck users being all that interested in /soy/.
