I hate all these people who go around shitting on Family Guy for no reason. It actually has very clever and introspective humor that, sadly, not everyone can understand. And maybe that's the problem, this show may only entertain the minority of intellectuals in this country. The clever and well timed cutaways only enhance the show's humor. The characters are stellar and memorable. Peter Griffin, the stupidest man on earth. He has only become more and more stupid and eratic as the show went on, making each gag better than the one before it. Peter reminds me of the dumb people in this society that the rest of us have to deal with, and that cracks me up. Now, when it comes to relatable characters, there's the family dog Brian. Brian is a clever and charming man with the common sense. I think Seth was trying to represent us family guy watchers at home and thank us for our constant support. Stewie is also a great character, who the SLGBTQA+ audience can relate to. Finally, there's meg, who's that kind of person who we want to puch to death as soon as we see them (i bet i'm not the only one who feels like that all the time). Whenever Meg recives a beating, i burst out in laughter, and I even have to pause the episode before I can breath again. In conclussion, Family Guy is one of not the funniest adult animated series, but you need a certain level of understanding about both comedy and just life to understand the jokes and the cutaways, and if you still think the show is not funny, SHUT UP, MEG! Go watch your rick a morty you sad, fat slob.
