Usually it's an autoban cause they don't know how to ban evade and integrity detects them.
If not that then they either admitted to ban evading, or they're some kind of known ban evading namefag or avatarfag who makes it known who they are through their posts. Someone like vivian snow for example (the pedofoid) has been permabanned multiple times for revealing it's her.
Also sometimes corrupt joons just permaban people for ban evasion cause they don't like what the person said or whatever.
