And who did they steal their knowledge from? Mesopotamians, Egyptians, even the fucking Indians. Often "historian" guys echo this but it's a common internet argument. Islam began in its opposition to every form of tribalism (ironically seen as anti-arab at the time) and these same tribalistic Arabs (Ummayads) who were against Islam gained power and conflated Islam with Arabs and were overthrown as a result, otherwise 100% of Islamic history has nothing to do with Arabs. Yeah it's partially true depending on location and context.
