Was in a bar in boston. There would sometimes be groups of college aged white sorority chicks (before you start leaking, I was the same age + they were of age) on sunday football afterpartys. They really got plastered and this 1 white skinny boney short one started walking down an isle made out the bar crowd after I did. The chicks never cared or didn't seem to notice if they got touched/grab a little in that area, by dudes in crowds. Some even looked quite attracted, not like how chicks you see that you pass around a daytime on public transpostation. I would whisper gibberish in their ears, bizarre noises (for example: psps psps), if and only if nobody around me and the girls watched/listened close to that point. When a certain chick went down the middle isle of everybody they got felt up by numerous boys. Also at night after last subway was called (all drunk) they still never reacted negative toward this, in general you'd never get reprocussion either when doing this type of behavior like before when they're walking from car with people still in the vehicle in the beginning where alot didn't leave it while parked there (even with multiple cars on block, alot parked on the opposite on that road going each opposing directions (this would also happen at 24/hr diner breakfast joints, it's kinda of strange in many ways how they never re-acted and nobody said any type negative) like i did many times before then you can do it again walking down from car as soon it starts raining if your on a 4 wheeler (or they just come out with umbrella).
