probably, but kids like this do exist. it's mostly a function of the parents, there are lots of kids smart enough to handle faster schooling but only a handful of parents willing to push for it hard enough
it's not even really a good idea. a guy like the OP would certainly have ended up at MIT or Harvard or something but instead he went to a mediocre local university and fucked himself out of opportunities
