swinny is about 100x more rulecucked than froot ever was, froot created entire boards for nigger gore and shit, and his "coal policing", believe it or not, was actually less extreme than the coal policing under soot (who banned BBC jokes) and kuz (who banned frogs). swinny is more akin to the quote era's rulecucking, but with added rules intended to coddle the userbase with coal policing on top of the quote era's anti-gore and anti-fun stances. they don't like to admit it because EVERYONE hates quote, but in terms of soy ideologies, they're closest aligned with quotism.
