Euthanizing them will cost money and only serve to clean up the streets at a cost, we should instead enslave them while still maintaining their most basic rights. We force them into a position where they are given the most core and essential things such as basic rooming and sustenance alongside being forced to work for little to no pay, in which they will pay for their lack of contribution towards society by directly contributing to it. They are forced to become normal and to prove that they are able to be a functional member of the society, they will not earn their freedom until there it is clear that they have adapted to society, shown by proof of their labour, willingness to change, active changes in attitude, sobriety and willingness to achieve longterm goals. If they fail this we either send them to prison, deport them or put them in a giant blender.
