No that's not good. Just buy a used laptop, you can find good ones for under 200 bucks. You'll probably have to replace the battery soon after you buy it but that's super easy to do for most laptops and aftermarket batteries are cheap. You wont play modern games super well but that's all normieshit anyways

Not really no. You can probably do some shit pre-2015 on it but the closer you get to 2015 the worse of a time you’ll have, and tbh I don’t think 4GB is even good enough for web browsing these days
Even 8GB is pretty shit unless you use a lightweight Linux distro

Upgrade ram or get a better computer if you can.
If not, only use a very lightweight loonix distro and only play old/lightweight vidya, but get at least 8 for a good experience, for gaming 16 or more is recommended,16 is fine for 99% of usecases
